Golden - Land Acquisition

Steven Walker Communities recently acquired an infill site on the corner of Golden Avenue and Gramercy Place in the City of Riverside. The property is currently being entitled. The proposed development plan includes homes averaging 1,750 square feet. Architectural elevations will be a mix of farmhouse and craftsman styles. The project will provide much needed infill housing to the City of Riverside. Steven Walker is in the midst of planning multiple projects similar to this one throughout the city.
